MY PROCESS
My design process doesn't have a beginning or an end. It can start at any of these steps and is a continuous process of learning and iteration.
01 RESEARCH
I start by carefully reviewing your existing data and understanding the competitive landscape. This may entail reviewing your user personas, unique value proposition, lean canvas, tech stack, channels, competitors and alternatives and customer journey maps.

02 DISCOVERY
I engage in both quantitative and qualitative research to creatively validate your assumptions, transforming them into data-driven insights. Through analysis of the gathered data, I guide informed decisions to shape your product strategy and direction.

03 UX DESIGN
Starting with the information architecture, I start designing low-fidelity wireframes to ensure the correctness of your User Stories, verifying the Success Stories and identifying failure pathways. At this stage, I run usability and guerrilla tests using clickable prototypes for desktop and mobile and iterate on designs accordingly.

04 UI DESIGN
After determining the mood board, brand, and visual direction for your project, I begin designing the approved concepts. Depending on the requirements, I can create complex design systems as well as take care of the appropriate documentation for development or other designers.
